Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will always do our best to be understanding, but we expect the same courtesy in return.
A minimum of 24 hoursโ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.
Failure to show up without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service(s) booked.
