CANCELLATION POLICY
โฐ๏ธCancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will always do our best to be understanding, but we expect the same courtesy in return. A minimum of 24 hoursโ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s) total. Failure to show up without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service(s) booked. Microneedling treatments and spa packages require a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit at the time of booking. Certain higher ticket services require a deposit for first-time clients, with the amount based on the service selected. Deposits are not refundable or transferable for any cancellation, with the exception of a one time courtesy reschedule permitted with at least 24 hoursโ notice, in which the deposit will be applied to the new appointment date. The remaining balance is due at checkout on the day of service. Any cancellation, late reschedule made within 24 hours of the appointment, or additional rescheduling beyond the courtesy allowance will result in forfeiture of the deposit. These policies are strictly enforced to respect our time, preparation, and other clients waiting for availability.
